Founded in 1801, Calvert and Clapham has traded in the same mill to this day. Today Calvert and Clapham forms an important part of the Cavendish Collection and is recognised as a leader in contemporary British fabrics. The variety of Pure Wool sporty worsted suitings range from merino Pure wool Super 70's to Super 110's. An important entry are the wide range of traditional coatings and meltons available in Pure wool from the British Isles and often blended with the warmth of cashmere. A stock supported range of 'Sports Jacketings', 'Tattersals' and 'Scottish Tartans' compliment the British selection.
